Terms and Conditions

Property Description

The seller agrees to sell, and the buyer agrees to purchase, a parcel of land situated in a specified location, with an approximate area, defined boundaries, and parcel identification.

Purchase Price and Terms

The total purchase price shall be paid as follows:

• A down payment upon execution of the agreement
• Equal installment payments over a specified period
• The remaining balance upon completion of all payments

Payment Terms

All payments shall be made in the agreed-upon currency and submitted to the seller's designated address.

Title and Possession

The seller shall deliver a good and marketable title to the buyer, free from all liens and encumbrances, upon receipt of the full purchase price.

Default and Remedies

If the buyer fails to make any payment when due, the seller may declare the entire balance of the purchase price immediately due and payable.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements.

Amendments

This agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.
